Store Phone Not Working - UPDATED 2025
In the event you encounter an issue where your store phone is not working, please follow the steps below

Follow These Steps:
Unplug the base station (charging dock) from power.
Wait for approximately 15 seconds.
Plug the base station back in.
Confirm your store’s phone is displaying your store name with a green check mark.
If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please attempt a factory reset, using these steps:
- On the handset, go to Menu > Settings > Factory Reset.
- Press OK to confirm.
- Follow the prompts (e.g., select English as the language).
- When prompted to pair the handset with the base station, confirm it says "VVX-D230".
- Confirm that your store phone is operational after completing the steps.
