How to Print a Gift Receipt

1. Process the Transaction:

After the transaction is processed, go to the Transactions section in the main menu on the left side of the Square screen.

3. Search for the Transaction:

Locate the specific transaction by searching using relevant details (e.g., card number, customer name, or receipt number).

4. Select Gift Receipt:

Once you find the transaction, click on Gift Receipt located above the transaction details.

5. Print the Gift Receipt:

Important Notes:

Ensure that the gift receipt is clearly marked as such and that it contains any necessary information for returns or exchanges.
Gift receipts typically do not include pricing details, making them ideal for gift-giving.
