Store Safe Access
All Squishable stores are equipped with a depository safe. No employee, except the store manager and supervisor, are authorized to enter the safe. In extreme circumstances, Retail Sales Leads with written permission from their direct manager and regional manager may be authorized into the safe. Safe access is monitored to prevent unauthorized access. User codes are specific to the individual and are never to be shared. District/Regional Managers, Director of Retail and Finance are also authorized to access the safe.
Store Safe keys are not permitted for duplication or distribution. Store safe keys are not permitted for unlocking the safe, unless explicitly directed by a member of the IT Department. Store safe keys are only permitted to unlock the safe in the event of a battery failure which prevents the safe from being unlocked using the individuals code. In the event of a keyed entry to a safe the store manager, regional and/or district manager, Stephen Miller, Finance, and helpdesk@squishable.com must be notified prior to the access occurring.
Employees accessing the safe using the key, a previous or current managers code, or accessing the safe without prior authorization granted by the Squishable IT Department is subject to Squishables disciplinary action policy.
