Security Camera Footage Request

OBJECTIVE:
GUIDELINES:
While managerial members with direct access to a CCTV system(s) are encouraged to monitor live footage or locally stored playback, any efforts employed to save, record, or capture footage of any kind is strictly prohibited.
SUBMIT A FOOTAGE REQUEST:
Navigate to the FreshService Portal (squishable.freshservice.com)

Sign into your personal FreshService account.

Select “Create a Service Request”

On the Left Hand Menu, Select “IT Department”

In the IT Department, Select “Security Camera Footage Request”

Fill out the appropriate information as quickly and detailed as possible. An accurate description, will lend itself to faster retrieval.

Read and Acknowledge the Terms and Conditions.

Ensure all information is accurate. Should the request be lacking specifics to the incident, the IT Department may reach out for clarification.

Select “Place Request”

Select “Confirm”

Once your request has been submitted footage will be located, pulled, and archived in active storage until distribution. Distribution can take 48-72 hours depending on the time and day of submission.
All footage is archived and stored to an offsite location and is not available for immediate access.
In the event, mall security, local law enforcement, etc. require a copy of this footage they will be required to submit a formal request to the Squishable IT Department. For legal reasons, the IT Department cannot distribute footage to outside sources including law enforcement and mall security without proper identification and authorization. Store teams that are distributed footage are not authorized to distribute said footage to mall security or local law enforcement without authorization. All authorization is subject to Squishable IT and HR approval.
