Fixture Requests

OVERVIEW

Fixture requests should be submitted to request replacement fixtures for existing damaged fixtures or for new fixtures entirely. This includes fixturing for both the sales floor and back room, trays, bins, baskets, any visual elements, etc. It is important that the entire form is filled out with as much detail as possible. This will allow the creative team to source the appropriate fixture in a timely manner.

PROCESS

Navigate to the Manager Portal and select Fixture Request Form.

The page will redirect to the Squishable Help Desk.
- A login is required to access.
Fill in all requested boxes and list details for fixtures needed.

Once complete, click Place Request.
