Squish U
OVERVIEW
Squishable utilizes Travitor for our Learning Management System (LMS). This LMS is a web-based technology platform used to facilitate the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, and development programs.
PROCEDURE
- Access and Usage
- All Squishable Team Members will have access to Squish U.
- Team Members are expected to use Squish U to complete mandatory training and development courses.
- Access to Squish U will occur during the onboarding process.
- Be on the lookout for the email "Welcome to Squishable Learning System!" as this will have the link to set up your account. The account is created using a squishable email or personal email on file.
- Course Completion
- Team Members are expected to complete all assigned courses within the designated time frame.
- Course completion requirements, including minimum passing grades and assessment attempts, will be clearly communicated to Team Members.
- Squishable Fundamentals
- These are our compliant courses due during the initial position training.
- Required Courses
- These courses are assigned and are required to be completed.
- Communication will go out prior to due dates for all required courses.
- Elective Courses
- These courses are voluntary.
- Communication will go out on what course can be completed.
- Development Plan
- Individually assigned by the user's direct manager based on developmental needs.
- Self Development
- Squish U is a resource for all Squishable Team Members. All content is accessible for all Team Members to further their learning.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Squish U will collect and analyze data on Team Member training and development.
- This data will be used to inform decisions about future training and development programs and to monitor employee progress and performance.
- Course completions will be monitored and follow-up communications will be sent for overdue completions.
- Support and Maintenance
- Technical support for Squish U will be provided by the HR department.
- Password resets are to be completed on the user side.
- To reopen a course
- Open the course in Squish U that needs to be re-opened.

- Scroll down the page to the section which shows each lesson in the course.
- Click on the lesson you want to re-open.

- The lesson screen will pull up.
- On the side of the screen click the table of contents.

- Select the beginning of the lesson.

- Check completion status (for managers)
- Store Managers and Store Supervisors can view completion reports. Access the menu and select Admin Account.


- View reports off of Users and Courses
