Accessing Your Voicemall
Required Hardware: Poly VVX D230 DECT Base Stations / Handset
This method is only for our retail store phones that operate on Voice Over IP (VoIP)
For this example we will use the SquishableIT line. Where it says "SquishableIT" replace with your specific store's name.
To access your voicemail:
Step 1: click the right line on your phone
Step 2: Scroll down to “MESSAGES” and click “OK”
Step 3: Select “MESSAGE CENTER” and click “OK”
Step 4: When prompted select “SquishableIT” and click “OK”
Step 5: When prompted enter your pin number followed by the # key.
NOTE: Store Managers received a copy of their stores respective voicemail pin.
