Store Phone Volume
Required Hardware: Poly VVX D230 DECT Base Stations / Handset
This method is only for our retail store phones that operate on Voice Over IP (VoIP)
Step 1: On the center of your device locate the navigation wheel. This will be just below your screen and surround the "OK" button with arrows pointing in all directions.
Step 2: For volume up select the up arrow until the ringer is at the desired volume.
Step 3: For volume down select the down arrow until the ringer is at the desired volume.
