Store Phone not Working
Required Hardware: Poly VVX D230 DECT Base Stations / Handset
This method is only for our retail store phones that operate on Voice Over IP (VoIP)
Important: Because our phones operate on a Voice Over IP (VoIP) system it is very important to ensure a strong internet connection to the phones base station before further troubleshooting can begun.
Step 1: Check the connection between to the router and base station is securely in place.
Step 2: Is the red indicator on the base station solid or flashing
SOLID: Connection is secured to the internet, base station, and VoIP phone.
FLASHING: Connection is not secured to the internet, base station, and VoIP phone.
Step 3: Once you've restored your connection preform a test call to yourself or one of your employees.
